Fabulor expands sales office in the Netherlands πŸŽ‰

On January 18, Fabulor opened its new sales office in the Eemklooster in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

This convent, built in 1932, still housed about 500 sisters and girls until 2009. It is a beautiful location with a long and rich history that fits perfectly with the organization to preserve what we do not want to lose, supplemented with sustainable adjustments and additions. This means that it meets the current wishes and requirements of our time again. The result is a vibrant environment in which companies and people find, inspire, and stimulate each other. That is exactly what Fabulor does with its software solutions:

We link new channels to existing systems and workflows. In this way, we not only preserve the rich history of data and message traffic but also ensure that companies, customers, and partners can easily and securely connect with each other, says Diederick Splinter, CEO of Fabulor.

For example, recently Fabulor made the integration of theΒ omnichannel inside a mobile app for a Belgian shipping agency that transports RORO cargo, which puts car dealers in the Benelux in direct contact with clients. This brings supply and demand together, using modern communication techniques such as live chat, whatsapp and chatbot. This has reduced the number of calls to the company’s customer services by 40%.
